Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with
inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States of America. Except the following states : California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, Oregon, Wisconsin, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersay, and Illnois
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must provide High Speed Internet, Hardwired (No wifi, Cellular, Satellite, Bluetooth), Internet connection 30mbps download and 10mbps upload
- Must Provide Work From Home Equipment (No Chromebook, Mac, or Tablet)
- Computer or Laptop Must Meet Technology Requirments- Hard Drive Space : 60 GB of Total space, 12GB RAM, Windows 10 or 11, Maximum Latency Threshold : (50 ms), Monitor Recommendation : (1920 x 1080), Dual Monitors & Webcam required , and USB 3.0 port required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- A passion for helping others and exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
