Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a Software Implementation Specialist to play a key role in onboarding clients and configuring our platform to meet their unique business needs. You’ll collaborate with our Business Analyst and Developers to translate requirements into system configurations—working hands-on in the UI to bring workflows to life.

What You'll Do
- Become a subject matter expert in the Speakcore platform, understanding how to implement and configure client business needs in the system.
- Configure system workflows, triggers, lookup values, security permissions, and dashboards based on specifications from the Business Analyst.
- Collaborate closely with the BA to refine requirements and guide the onboarding process.
- Build and schedule system notification emails under proper conditions.
- Create dashboards and preconfigured reports tailored to user roles.
- Assist with data imports using defined templates and perform basic transformations.
- Support change requests and feature configuration post-launch.
- Stay up to date with product development sprints and document how new features can be configured.
- Use Zendesk and Monday.com to manage support tickets and track tasks.
- Accurately track time spent on all tasks.
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms or highly customizable systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of logic and system configuration concepts (e.g., workflows, rules, permissions).
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or JSON is a plus.
- Familiarity with speaker bureau programs or life sciences events is a plus.
- Experience with ticketing and project management tools like Zendesk and Asana.
