Job Summary
As a Membership Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential customers while providing excellent customer service. This role involves engaging with individuals to understand their needs and offering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Monitor access control to ensure smooth entry for members.
- Generate new memberships and follow up with prospective members.
- Handle intake calls and provide answers to membership inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Support members with any questions or concerns regarding their membership.
