Verizon Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Engaging with new and existing customers to inform them about the newest and latest telecommunications services that they may qualify for
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive customer information while using a tablet to complete their customer profile
- Acquiring new customer acquisition for telecommunications services through in-person communications and client meetings
- Attending daily training sessions with team leads to ensure you are equipped with solid sales skills, communications skills, and a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services to communicate effectively to customers
- Working towards achieving individual and team sales goals to contribute to the success of our team and our client’s customer acquisition expectations
Verizon Account Associate Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in telecommunications, sales, account management, communications, customer service, or any other customer-facing experience
- Exhibit strong communication and active listening skills to effectively close sales while building strong relationships with customers
- Self-motivated with a high ambition to succeed in a competitive environment
- Display a positive attitude with customers, management, fellow junior and senior associates, and our clients, as this greatly benefits the office and team atmosphere
- Have the ability to problem-solve in challenging situations and be comfortable with asking for help when needed

Pay: $44,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
