Speaker Orthodontics is a premier orthodontic practice dedicated to creating confident smiles and providing exceptional patient experiences in East Texas. We are seeking a dynamic and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help guide patients through their orthodontic journey.
Position Details
- Location: Based in our Nacogdoches office with travel to Lufkin 1-2 days a week.
- Schedule: We work a four day week, which varies from Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday. The first 3 days are 7:30 am - 5, and the fourth day is 6:30 am - 3 pm.
- We have all federal holidays off, as well as up to 6 additional weeks throughout the year!
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Consultations: Meet with new patients to review treatment options, explain financial plans, and address questions to help them feel confident in starting their orthodontic journey.
- Sales and Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with patients, showcasing the value of treatment while building trust and rapport.
- Administrative Duties: Accurately document patient information, prepare treatment plans, and coordinate appointments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel between Lufkin and Nacogdoches as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Medical or dental experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a great personality and a willingness to learn.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Additional certifications in dental or orthodontics are a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, patient-friendly terms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using software for scheduling and patient records (experience with Ortho2 Edge is a bonus).
