Escrow Officer

Note: Previous Escrow Closing experience at a Title company is required.

Our client is seeking a Closing Agent based in Baldwin County, Alabama.

Specific duties of the Title and Closing Agent will include, but are not limited to:

Job Duties

• Responsible for all aspects of the real estate transaction. Process titles, review title commitments, conduct closings, and issuance of title policies/policies.
• Communicate to all parties in a professional, courteous, and pleasant manner.
• Provide superior customer service in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and core values. Ensure that critical title information is delivered promptly and accurately.
• As necessary, assist and support other team members with pre-closing and post-closing duties.
  
  

Qualifications

• A college degree is preferred, but not required
• Alabama Title Insurance License (preferred)
