Our client is seeking to hire a Controller for their healthcare facility for a direct-hire position with relocation assistance. The Controller is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing leadership and direction.
The Controller will have direct management responsibilities including planning, organizing, budgeting, controlling and directing, and cost/benefit analysis.
Other responsibilities include general finance functions (including monthly financial reporting and all associated analysis and providing any and all needed financial analysis to the management team to aid their decision-making.
Certifications
CPA preferred
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
5 years of Financial Accounting Experience
4 Years of Progressive Leadership Experience within the healthcare industry
Performs in accordance with delineated job responsibilities and satisfactorily completes a yearly
HCA Experience Is Strongly Preferred
Highly desirable for the Controller to be willing to relocate within the HCA system
Skills: decision-making,financial reporting,leadership,budgeting,financial analysis,accounting,cost/benefit analysis

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
