Contingent worker as a W2 employee& on a 12-month contract-to-hire
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Performs detailed fact-gathering, data compilation, and report writing on budgets, organizations, personnel staffing, operations, and administrative systems;
- Studies management methods in order to improve workflow, simplify reporting procedures, or implement cost reductions;
- Analyzes operating practices, such as record-keeping systems, forms control, office layout, suggestion systems, personnel requirements, and performance standards to create new systems or revise established procedures;
- Coordinates collection and preparation of operating reports, such as time and attendance records, terminations, new hires, transfers, budget expenditures, and statistical records of performance data;
- Prepares and presents reports including conclusions and recommendations for solution of administrative problems or procedures;
- Receives requests and complaints from the public concerning administrative actions of the Commission, channels the requests to appropriate officials, follows up on the corrective actions, and sees that replies to the inquiries are given;
- Prepares, monitors and controls annual budget submissions and provides up-to-date status reports on expenditures, projects, and related items;
- Drafts internal operating policies;
- Reviews memoranda, reports,s and similar material to summarize and make recommendations concerning the same;
- Coordinates the schedules of several professional / management individuals and arranges for meetings with outside parties.
