This is an FT, Direct Hire position. Our client is a well-established and highly regarded engineering company based in Austin. They are seeking a Mechanical Engineer PE / PM with HVAC and / or plumbing design experience to join their growing team. Responsibilities :
- Design Engineering : Calculate, design, and produce AutoCAD and / or Revit files and construction documents for various building types, including commercial offices, K-12 schools, municipal buildings, healthcare facilities, and multifamily housing.
- Project Management : Manage both small and large projects by establishing schedules, allocating resources, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely and on-budget project completion.
- Document Management : Maintain and organize all mechanical engineering-related documents and schedules and manage associated project documentation.
- Field Support : Provide a review of mechanical design submittals and visit field locations to address issues, conflicts, and questions.
- Reporting : Generate and present project status updates to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Business Development : Build and nurture client relationships to secure repeat and new business opportunities.
