Must Have
- Previous experience as a crew chief, can be 1 year.
- Need to understand/read/interoperate construction plans
- Use of technology and ability to learn and teach the technology
- Work out doors and overtime when needed
- Operation, proficiency, and calibration of survey equipment
- Embrace working with technology and have a stable work history
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Work with the private and municipal sectors
- Ability to travel

- Work outdoors
- Work overtime hours when needed and travel if the project requires it.
- Take direction well and communicate effectively.
- Stand and walk frequently; lift and carry equipment; use hands to handle tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel or crouch
