Speaking of Speech and Language Therapy is a therapist-owned private practice, and we're looking for compassionate, dedicated SLP-As to join our team and provide in-home therapy services to children in the West Valley.

- Complete Flexibility: Work part-time or full-time—you decide! Choose the areas you want to work in: Surprise, Litchfield Park, Avondale, Goodyear, or Buckeye. We’ll help you create a schedule that works for you and your family.

- Competitive Pay: Therapists can earn up to $60/hr and average approximately $30 per visit—paid every 2 weeks.

- Minimal Paperwork: SOAP notes only take 2-3 minutes to complete on our EHR system.

- Variety of Materials: Access all the tools you need to provide top-quality therapy.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1 year of experience in Speech-Language Pathology (SLPA).

- Active SLPA Licensure in Arizona.

- Experience with developmental disabilities is required.

- Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide speech therapy to children in their homes or daycares.

- Work closely with clients and families to build relationships and support communication skills.

- Collaborate with your supervisor and attend quarterly meetings to stay updated and supported.

- Treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders using evidence-based practices.
