What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Speaking Rock Entertainment Center?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Performs as a team member with all staff, maintaining smooth and efficiently operations.
2. Ensures compliance to standards set by management in washing all dishware, glassware, and silverware.
3. Responsible for keeping work area clean and sanitary.
4. Responsible for stocking and organizing of dishware in all kitchen areas.
5.Other duties as assigned by Food & Beverage Director/ CEO.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work with diverse personalities; must be able to work well under pressure.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must be culturally sensitive to minority population especially Native Americans; must be able to successfully pas a post-offer drug screen and criminal history background check. This is an entry level position. Must be able to hold a Food Handlers card within 30 days of employment or present upon hire.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use good manual and finger dexterity, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
