Pre-Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Accountable formedical oversight performed by case managers, case values, utilizing subject matter experts, negotiating claims, referring to and assisting litigation
• Maintain effective communication with clients per the firm's standards and expectations
• Ensurethat overall best strategies are utilized for negotiations andact as mentor to case managers and/or any direct reports
• Collaboratewith firm leadership to maximize outcomes
• Assist with exceptional cases at the discretion of the owner or manager
  
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Must have two (2) plusyears of personal injuryexperience
• Must be an active member of the NC Bar Association
• Active member of SC Bar Association a plus
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
• Proficiency in writing, research, and negotiation
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
• Experience with Needles Neos Case Management Software a plus
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making,and public speaking skills required
  
  

Compensation:

This is a full-time salary exempt position. Annual base salary plus commission depends on experience.
