Job Requirements
- Operate asphalt paving equipment such as lay-down machines, screeds, grading tractors, skid steers, and rollers.
- Ensure precise application and compaction of asphalt for roads, pathways, driveways, and parking lots.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and adjustments on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with general paving and grading tasks when necessary, including raking and subgrade preparation.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and quality on every project.
- Experience operating asphalt paving equipment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with asphalt paving and grading operations.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
- Strong physical stamina and capability to perform manual labor when needed.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
Salary: $41,600 - $62,400
*Average base salary depends on experience; does not include overtime or bonuses. *
