Job Requirements
- Smooth and finish asphalt surfaces on roads, driveways, pathways, and parking lots.
- Set asphalt evenly and efficiently for optimal results.
- Assist in subgrade work and perform manual tasks such as digging, raking, and sweeping.
- Demonstrate individual initiative and reliability while working on-site.
- Maintain a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Previous experience in asphalt raking or related construction roles preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
- Strong physical stamina with the capability to lift heavy materials as required.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a dedication to completing tasks efficiently and safely.
Salary: $41,600 - $52,000
*Average base salary depends on experience; does not include overtime or bonuses. *
