Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and refine daily work practices, providing strategic leadership to superintendents.
• Champion best practices in safety, production, and quality.
• Work with engineers, developers, general contractors, and other municipalities to create a win/win for all parties.
• Bring projects in on budget and on schedule.
• Coordinate material and equipment scheduling and acquisition.
• Facilitate seamless communication across subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Contribute to budget and schedule management, ensuring smooth operational activities.
• Mentorship of the upcoming workforce.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
