What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist - Inspir position at Spear Physical Therapy?
Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a per-diem PT to join our team within an ultra luxury assisted living facility on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The therapist will be joining a small team treating patients within the assisted living facility (ALF). Therapists are provided access to a fully stocked gym, designed Spear office space and mentorship/communication with therapists currently treating in the facility.
Therapists are responsible for setting clear expectations for your patients’ clinical progress, executing treatments as promised, and providing items or documents such as Home Exercise Programs. Therapists are expected to execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining 5-star customer service, because a passion for your craft is turned into real impacts when you deliver on your promises. Spear strives to foster a true community environment for both patients and team members; therefore, a collaborative spirit is valued to ensure everyone receives the care and support they need.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- License to practice Physical Therapy in the State of New York
