Spearfish Canyon Resorts is hiring for a F&B Manager for the Latchstring Restaurant. The Latchstring Restaurant is an extremely high volume restaurant that is busy much of the year with group outings, weddings, snowmobilers, tourists, etc. Candidate needs to be a hardworking, trustworthy, hands on manager who leads by example. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. As Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of food and beverage management, including kitchen, lounge and catering operations, staffing, and budget and forecast management.
Three years’ experience in food service supervisor/management position or other related fields. Strong leadership qualities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail. EOE, $40,000-$55,000 compensation package. DOE.
