Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Travel Nurse RN to join our team at Spearfish Hospital! As a leader in healthcare, we strive to deliver exceptional patient care and create a positive work environment for our staff.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Level 2A Nursery, adhering to established standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Support patient ratios, laboring, and couplets, and contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements and Criteria
- Valid RN licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery (L&D) or related specialty
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic life support (BLS), advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS), and neonatal resuscitation program (NRP) certification
