Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, crafting impactful business pitch presentations, and driving revenue growth. With exceptional communication skills and a confident, polished demeanor, this role requires a resourceful individual with a proven ability to adapt, negotiate, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers among prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align business development efforts with overall sales goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure success and inform strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development, with a proven record of driving measurable growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Skilled in contract discussions, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), with at least 1 year of hands-on experience.
  • Professional Demeanor: Confident, articulate, and presentable with a polished approach to client interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the US market or a strong understanding of its business landscape.
  • Familiarity with the Information Technology industry, including its trends and opportunities.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
