What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cocktail Server Spearmint Rhino position at Spearmint Rhino?
We are looking for enthusiastic, and grounded individuals who are highly motivated to sell food and beverage in a high energy club environment. Server must be effective at taking credit card or cash payment, making change, and multi-tasking along with bottle sales. One must be open and friendly, proactive and efficient, as well as willing and able to receive customers and work with employees effectively in a loud club environment while representing the company. One must be outgoing and perceptive enough to know how to meet the customers food and beverage needs promptly and professionally at all times.
Candidates must be physically fit to preform the job and emotionally able 100% of the time. They must be able to follow COVID-19 guidelines and manage wearing a mask while on the company property at all times.
One must be, AT ALL TIMES, able to lift and bend with weight, to stand and walk with food items and bar items on their tray, reach, wipe and stoop during the entire 8 hour shift. '
