Inside Technical Service Representative
Spears Manufacturing Company is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Inside Technical Service Representative to join our team in the Denver area. As a key member of our Technical Services Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Support : Provide expert technical advice and troubleshooting assistance to customers, engineers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of Spears' product line, including applications, installation, and operation.
Customer Service : Build strong relationships with customers and respond promptly to inquiries and requests.
Training and Education : Conduct product training sessions and presentations to educate customers and sales teams.
Administrative Tasks : Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining records, generating reports, and tracking customer interactions.
Qualifications :
