Summary
As a key member of our team at Spears, you will be responsible for maintaining the machinery, equipment, and facilities essential to our commitment to quality and efficiency in producing thermoplastic products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities maintenance to uphold safety standards.
- Utilize tools such as hoists, lifts, hand tools, power tools, and equipment required to maintain machinery and facilities including electrical components as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflows and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance data for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of schematics and electrical systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Pay: $17.28 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
