The MATERIAL CONTROL / PURCHASING AGENT will be responsible for managing branch inventories at multiple locations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and assist in purchasing
- Vendor pricing and sell price maintenance.
- Perform Branch inventories.
- Process daily cycle counts.
- Setting up new products.
- Investigate inventory concerns and issues.
- Month-end Reporting.
- Some Travel Required
- Negotiate and oversee Corporate and local buys.
Required Skills
- Inventory Management
- Building Material experience preferred.
- Managing different responsibilities with routine interruptions.
- MS Excel & Word Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Dependable and On-Time
