We are seeking an intelligent, energetic candidate for a full-time Production Associate position in our Kansas City, KS facility.

Responsibilities
- Deliver batch samples and documentation to the QA Lab.
- Setup, change over, and clean machines and work area daily.
- Operate Cowles/Disperser mixing equipment, frequency drives, gear, and diaphragm pumps.
- Perform blending, processing, batching, and compounding tasks.
- Follow SOPs for consistent quality.
- Use personal protective equipment (respirator, apron, gloves) and adhere to safety regulations.
- Label products correctly for sorting and use.
- Maintain company safety procedures and good housekeeping practices.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 years of batching or manufacturing experience, preferably with a chemical manufacturing background, or 1 years with SpecChem in production.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. frequently.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Quick learner with a commitment to quality work.
- Forklift operation or willingness to learn.
- Must wear a respirator mask.
- Pass a background check and pre-employment screenings.
