What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Behavior Interventionist (BI) position at Special Ed Therapy?
We're looking for an exceptional Behavioral Interventionist (BI) for a part-time position in Warrenton, OR who can start immediately and work through the end of the 2021-2022 school year. This role will assist kindergarten to 12th-grade students by focusing on consultations, on-site for 20 hours per week.
Job Requirements for Behavioral Interventionist (BI):
- Desire to bring life-giving excellence to school-aged children
- 1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience with provision of ABA, positive behavior supports and crisis intervention for students with emotional disabilities in the school setting is preferred
- A Bachelor's degree and educational coursework completed in the areas of: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Child Development, Special Education, Psychology or a related field is preferred for Behavior Interventionist/Behavioral Therapist positions
