Overview
Busy structural concrete restoration company located in Stuart looking for a part to full time office assistant. We are looking for someone who is capable of multitasking, and has no problem making phone calls.. Being able to type quickly is a must. Attention to detail needs to be priority.
Duties
- Assist with daily office operations, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage scheduling and appointment setting for staff and clients.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support office management tasks, including inventory management and supply ordering.
- Provide assistance as a personal assistant when needed, including managing calendars and travel arrangements.
- Apply for necessary permits, continue follow up process till issuance.
- Somewhat build a relationship with the person on the other end of correspondences, be it phone or email.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer literacy is essential, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Being able to type at a rapid pace is a must.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Multitasking is pertinent to this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
