Special Kids Care, one of the leading providers of skilled pediatric home care, is seeking RN's and/or LVN's for clients in In the Greater Houston Area. Day and Night shifts available with low and high acuity patients.

We are looking for a few dependable RN's and/or LVN's who possesses excellent clinical and communication skills to join our team of nurses!
Some responsibilities for this position include:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric clients in the home setting
- Perform skilled tasks including trach care, enteral feedings, Gastrostomy care, monitoring vital signs and medication administration
- Conduct thorough assessments
- Utilize effective and professional communication
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
