Position Summary :

The Digital Marketing Intern will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and the broader marketing team to support various digital projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop engaging content for social media platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Reddit to increase reach and engagement.Capture photos and videos of production facilities for use in social media and marketing campaigns.Create email campaigns and automations to nurture leads and increase engagement.Assist with SEO strategies, update website content, and create landing pages to improve traffic and conversions.Contribute to the development and execution of paid digital advertising campaigns, including writing ad copy and creating visual assets.Research emerging digital platforms and trends and recommend strategies to leverage them effectively.Monitor and analyze campaign performance across channels, providing actionable insights for optimization.Work with internal teams on cross-functional projects that align digital marketing efforts with broader company goals.Partner with team members to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.Internship Details

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.Creativity and a strong visual sense.Experience with photography, video production, and editing tools is a plus.Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is preferred.Portfolio showcasing prior projects is highly encouraged.Physical Requirements :

Frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate equipment, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms.Frequently required to talk and hear.Frequently required to stand and walk.Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, and crawl.Occasionally required to lift, push, pull and / or move up to 50-pounds.Specific vision abilities required include : close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Occasionally subject to loud noise.Work Environment :

Safety glasses and steel toe shoes are required on the production floor at all times.Hearing protection is required in designated areas.Frequently subject to hazards including a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electric current and exposure to heat and chemicals.Occasionally subject to conditions including one or more of the following that affect the respiratory system or the skin : fumes, odors, dust, mists, or poor ventilation.Occasionally exposed to cold, hot, wet and / or humid shop conditions.
