Production Associate - Bench, Nights
We are seeking a Production Associate to join our team in a bench, nights role. As a Production Associate, you will perform various duties related to the production of custom doors and entryways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble with Care: Use your mechanical talents to assemble custom-made doors following templates and instructions.
- Team Support: Operate upstream equipment and processes to facilitate product flow and feed downstream activities.
- Continually Improve: Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute to creative problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools.
- Intermediate mechanical comprehension and abilities.
- Lift 70lbs with assistance.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or construction experience.

Work Environment:
Frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate office equipment. Required to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 70-pounds with assistance. Safety glasses are always required on the production floor.
