As a Painter, you will sand, repair, prime, stain and paint doors and face sheets all to the customer specifications.

- Safety First – Ensuring all work is done following our safety guidelines.
- Painting with care – Following the details of the customer order to insure a high-quality product is created.
- Following all established tool guidelines - Using your tools (i.e., a spray gun, sanders, hand tools, drills, saws, measuring tape, air tools, etc.) with the utmost safety.
- Employ Creative Solutions - Use problem solving skills to resolve and/or mitigate issues.
- Team Support – Work with your team to trouble shoot issues and produce the highest quality product possible.
- Continually Improve – Participate in various continuous improvement activities, lending your voice to the creative problem-solving process.
