Job Description: As a Production Associate - Non-Standard, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the production of our custom doors and entryways. This will include assembling custom-made doors according to templates and instructions, operating upstream equipment and processes, and troubleshooting issues with your team. You will also participate in continuous improvement activities, contributing to the creative problem-solving process.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools, intermediate mechanical comprehension and abilities, and the ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions in written, oral, and/or diagram form. You should also be able to measure and perform mathematical computations, including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions. Additionally, you should be able to lift 70lbs with assistance and work as part of a team. Previous manufacturing, assembly, or construction experience is preferred.
