Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor to oversee personalized behavioral interventions for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role involves supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs) and providing clinical guidance during in-home ABA therapy sessions. You will conduct behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill acquisition planning, while ensuring the use of ABA data collection methods, such as frequency and duration recording, to monitor client progress.
As an ABA Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring treatment fidelity and that behavioral interventions are implemented correctly. Additionally, you will assist in the development of individualized treatment plans and ensure that reinforcement strategies are applied effectively to increase desired behaviors and reduce problematic behaviors. Your role will also involve conducting behavior reduction and task analysis sessions, as well as promoting the generalization of learned behaviors across various settings.
This role operates under a hybrid work model, with 75% of your time spent providing in-person supervision in clients' homes, while the remaining 25% will be spent remotely handling administrative tasks, including ABA data analysis, preparing reports, and coordinating with clients and team members.
Full-Time Hybrid Position
This position operates under a hybrid work model. You will spend 75% of your time providing in-person supervision in clients' homes across Fontana and surrounding cities. The remaining 25% will be remote, where you will handle administrative tasks, including ABA data analysis, preparing reports, and coordinating with clients and team members.
Work Hours:
Between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Flexible start and end times based on client needs.
Client visits are primarily in the afternoons, with occasional morning sessions.
In-Person Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide clinical guidance to Behavior Technicians during in-home ABA therapy.
- Oversee the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), ensuring treatment fidelity and adherence to ABA therapeutic strategies.
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses and skill assessments to inform treatment decisions.
- Provide direct behavioral interventions and support with task analysis and reinforcement to enhance skill acquisition.
- Model and support data collection methods (ABC data, frequency recording, etc.) during in-person sessions to ensure accurate reporting and adjustments.
- Ensure the generalization of learned behaviors in natural settings, promoting the application of skills in real-life situations.
Remote Responsibilities:
- Analyze ABA data to make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies based on client progress, including behavioral data analysis and progress reporting.
- Review behavioral assessment results and collaborate with families and other professionals to discuss treatment effectiveness.
- Maintain professional communication with families and behavior technicians, providing guidance and updates regarding ABA therapy and behavioral progress.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field with an ABA concentration is required.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of in-home ABA therapy experience as a Behavior Technician, with a solid understanding of behavior modification, data collection, reinforcement strategies, and techniques such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) is required.
- Experience with behavioral assessments and the ability to create or modify behavior intervention plans (BIPs) is a plus.
- Experience with behavior reduction techniques and task analysis is desirable.
- Supervisory readiness: Candidates should be capable of leading by example, providing instructional support to Behavior Technicians, and ensuring best practices are followed in the implementation of ABA therapy.

Must reside in or near Sothgate, CA, or surrounding areas.
