Job Responsibilities
- Lead clinical interventions and design ABA programs for children with autism
- Conduct behavioral assessments and track client progress
- Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with caregivers, mid-level supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams to align treatment goals
- Maintain detailed clinical records and ensure compliance with policies and insurance requirements
