Your Role as a BCBA
As a BCBA with SNN, you’ll oversee evidence-based ABA interventions to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
In-Person Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and evaluate client progress.
- Empower families with hands-on parent training, equipping them with ABA strategies.
- Address urgent behavioral situations to ensure client safety and care continuity.
Remote Responsibilities:
- Develop and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Analyze data from Behavior Technicians to measure intervention effectiveness.
- Collaborate with mid-level supervisors and multidisciplinary teams to align treatment goals.
- Maintain detailed clinical records, ensuring compliance with organizational and insurance requirements.
Requirements:
- Certification: Active BCBA certification (current and valid).
- Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Prior clinical experience is preferred, but new BCBAs are welcome to apply and will receive comprehensive support from a BCBA Regional Director.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience) monthly performance-based bonuses.
