Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with a keen eye for detail and a passion for exceptional customer service! This position will have continuous contact with new and repeat customers, learning how to utilize our expansive inventory to best meet customer's needs. Working with team members across all departments at Special Occasions to learn our inventory and keep the lifecycle of event rentals moving forward! When not working on direct customer facing activities you will help to ensure that our company and our team members are maintaining the Special Occasions standard! Updating and verifying our record keeping, inventory management, CRM, and other general administrative tasks required for the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
· Manage and track orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
· Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and processing paperwork.
· Oversee account management, building and maintaining relationships with clients.
· Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Basic computer skills and proficiency in commonly used software.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
