Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Inside Sales Representative who excels in customer service and has a flair for community engagement and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as our job involves interacting with clients via email, text, phone, and in-person. Learning our brand will be equally as important as learning our inventory and as you do, you will attend community and industry events to represent our company, develop relationships and ensure that our company is the first to come to mind when people think events and tents in Oregon!
Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
· Oversee account management, building and maintaining relationships with clients.
· Engage with the community to promote Special Occasions' services and build brand awareness.
· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
· Collaborate with the our team and external vendors and contractors to develop promotional materials and content.
· Foster relationships with businesses and organizations to expand our client base.
· Work closely with the team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to community engagement.
· Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
· Create and schedule engaging posts to promote our services and events.
· Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Basic computer skills and proficiency in commonly used software.
· Experience with, or a strong aptitude for, community engagement and marketing activities.
· Proficiency in social media management and marketing.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
