Are you ready to gain hands-on marketing experience while enhancing the lives of people with and without intellectual disabilities? Special Olympics Northern California is seeking a Marketing Intern for Spring 2025. This is a unique opportunity to grow your skills, build your portfolio, and make a difference in the lives of athletes and communities across Northern California.

Internship Details :

Location : On-site in Pleasant Hill, CA
Hours : 15-20 hours per week, January - May 2025 (flexible based on your academic schedule)
Requirement : Internship is for school credit only

What You'll Do :

As a Marketing Intern, you will :

Assist in developing, testing, and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Create engaging content, including high-quality photography, video reels, and written materials.

Organize and support marketing administration tasks.

Contribute to the organization, setup, and breakdown of weekday Special Olympics NorCal events.

Conduct research on industry trends and fundraising tactics to enhance marketing strategies.

Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance metrics.

Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with brand messaging.

Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives.

Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.

Have knowledge of social media management tools and best practices.

Bonus : Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Are eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a fast-paced marketing team.
