Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the Project Management Office (PMO) by providing standardization, support, and compliance for projects.
- Educate employees at all levels on project management principles and practices through online tools or in person.
- Serve as the project manager for organization wide special projects to enhance culture, mission, and processes.
- Collaborate to streamline the operational planning and project management workflows, including resource allocation and budget planning.
- Review and adjust existing internal project management approaches, policies, tools, and templates to ensure best practices.
- Develop and execute a change management strategy for project management and organizational standards and practices.
- Ensure project compliance and quality standards are met, and customer satisfaction is high.
- Introduce and manage project "dashboards" for ongoing project monitoring and organizational decision-making.
- Continue to support development of Project Management by communicating best practices through various channels and external opportunities or sources.
