SSP is a leading manufacturer of tags and labels. We're adding a full-time Customer Service/Data Entry position to our AWESOME inside sales team and would love to meet you!
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday and 7:30am-4:00pm on Fridays.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer requests for quotes, orders, and job status information.
- Data Entry: Quote requests, customer orders for production, change orders, order tracking, etc.
- Positively and effectively communicate via phone and email regarding quotes, orders, changes, etc.
- Work with other departments to track and expedite critical jobs through the plant.
- Work as part of a team, supporting as backup coverage during vacations and as needed.
- Maintain a positive relationship with external and internal customers.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Good communications skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Must be detail-oriented with a focus on accurate results
- Data entry experience
- Previous experience in the printing industry is a plus
- Must be organized and able to employ time management skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
