Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with franchise owners
- Provide weekly or monthly coaching sessions based on their needs
- Guide franchisees using our scorecard system and business benchmarks
- Monitor mindset, goals, and overall business progress
- Help owners review and understand financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Offer clear feedback to improve profitability and business growth
- Support hiring and staffing plans as the business grows
- Use company tools and processes to maintain consistency
- Conduct brand standards audits and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Prior experience in franchising
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
- Comfortable with technology and business systems
- Ability to read and interpret financial reports
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
