Job Details:

• No franchising experience is required (we provide all of the training)
• $4,000-$5,000/month guaranteed base salary plus commission
• Commissions range from an additional $1,000-$2,000/month depending on performance
• No lead generation or cold calling is required
• Must be located within 30 minutes from McKinney, TX (offices located off of 75 & Bray Central)
• Must have availability for calls Monday through Friday
• Occasional work needed on Saturdays

Responsibilities

As our Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in making a positive first impression for Special Strong with prospective franchisees. You will ensure the right candidates are nurtured to schedule a 20-minute Discovery Call with the Franchise Development Team.

• Implement effective and consistent contact engagement strategies through Client Tether to convert leads to the 20-minute Discovery Call.
• Support the Franchise Development Team with other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with sales pre-qualification responsibilities and sales process coordination.
• Experience working directly with prospective clients and/or candidates using a CRM platform.
• Technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and use various software programs.
• Ability to create an engaging, enthusiastic, and positive first impression, effectively communicating the Special Strong brand.
