Special T Electronics is growing and looking for a Field Service Engineer with Nuclear Medicine experience based in the Central Pennsylvania region. Full time and part time opportunities available. Reporting to the President of Sales and Service, the Field Service Engineer (FSE) performs skilled, technical, and advisory work in the installation, repair, maintenance and calibration of diagnostic imaging equipment. This position is expected to have the ability to multi-task several projects and will require travel to regional customer locations.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Managing all aspects of service activities for your assigned sites and/or territory.
- Performing skilled, technical, and advisory work in the installation, repair, maintenance, and calibration of diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Regularly multi-task several projects and be able to travel to regional customer locations.
- Submitting field service reports timely and according to functional standards.
- Regularly communicate with company leadership on services being provided.
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to customer entitlements, setting clear expectations, meeting commitments and arrival times.
- Drive client satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in the repair/maintenance of Nuclear Medicine systems. CT, PET and PET/CT experience a plus.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Communication Proficiency.
- Customer Service Skills.
