What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Teacher position at Special Treasures Childcare?

So if you have the following:
⭐High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework or degree is a plus.
⭐High standards of work and cleanliness in the workplace.
⭐A great work ethic and the ability to work as a team.
⭐Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
⭐Provide individualized attention to students, addressing their unique needs and developmental stages.
⭐Collaborate with the lead teacher to address and manage challenging behaviors effectively.
