Registered Nurse Clinical Manager Opportunity

The Role:

We are looking for a RN Clinical Manager leader with strong execution skills to manage tasks and develop people. This exempt role works alongside clinical management, RNs/LPN/s, and Nursing Assistants.

Work Schedule:

• Night Shift Opportunity
• 5 days, 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the day to day activities of the nursing unit
• Exercises judgment in decision making
• Staffing, clinical, and administrative matters for the AM and PM shifts
• Assists staff with client care as assigned or as situations may require
• Assists with Pre-Admission evaluations as needed
• Participates in on-call rotation

The ideal applicant will possess:

• Maintains a current Registered Nurse license from the Michigan Department of Community Health to practice as a licensed clinician in the State of Michigan
• Experience in the acute care, rehabilitation, long term, and sub-acute settings
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of LTC nursing, regulatory expectations, and reimbursement
• Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
• At least 3 years’ experience
