The Role:
We are looking for a RN Clinical Manager leader with strong execution skills to manage tasks and develop people. This exempt role works alongside clinical management, RNs/LPN/s, and Nursing Assistants.
Work Schedule:
- Mid-Shift Opportunity
- 5 days, 8-hour shifts
Schedule available such us:
- 12:00 PM- 8:00 PM
- 8:00 PM- 4:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day to day activities of the nursing unit
- Exercises judgment in decision making
- Staffing, clinical, and administrative matters for the AM and PM shifts
- Assists staff with client care as assigned or as situations may require
- Assists with Pre-Admission evaluations as needed
- Participates in on-call rotation
The ideal applicant will possess:
- Maintains a current Registered Nurse license from the Michigan Department of Community Health to practice as a licensed clinician in the State of Michigan
- Experience in the acute care, rehabilitation, long term, and sub-acute settings
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of LTC nursing, regulatory expectations, and reimbursement
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- At least 3 years experience
