Pay From: 19 Per Hour

MUST:
2 years of Medical Receptionist experience
Answering phones
Must have experience working with Athena EMR
Experience checking patients in and out
Strong experience scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance
Experience checking patients in and out
Must be proficient in Medical Terminology
Must be computer savvy
Comfortable handling translations for Spanish Speaking patients

DUTIES:
The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Answer telephones
Check patients in and out
Schedule appointments
Enter information into Athena EMR
Verify insurance
Handle translations for Spanish Speaking patients
Update and scan records into patients' medical records
Fill out insurance forms
Keep lobby neat and clean
Handle correspondence
Schedule appointments
Notify provider of patient's arrival
