Medical Receptionist – Front Desk

Pay From: $17 per hour
MUST:
Experienced Medical Receptionist
1 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist
1 years of medical office experience
Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment
Strong scheduling experience
Strong EMR experience
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of patient accounts and insurances
Excellent customer service
DUTIES:
Answer incoming calls
Scheduling appointments
Checking patients in and out
Answer questions over phone to determine where phone call should be transferred
Schedule appointments in the EMR system
Generate and complete precertification requests for appointments
Review upcoming schedules for accuracy
Collect co-pays and balances
Set up automatic appointment reminder system daily
Handle complaints
Insurance verification
