This is a full-time on-site role for a Cycling Specialist located in Manhattan, NY. As a Cycling Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance to riders of all levels. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with bike selection, maintenance tips, and cycling gear recommendations. You will also organize and lead cycling events and provide technical support to riders.
- Knowledge of various types of bikes and cycling gear
- Experience in conducting bike fittings and maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for cycling and sharing knowledge with others
- Ability to lead group rides and cycling events
- Certifications in bike mechanics or cycling instruction are a plus
- Previous sales or retail experience in the cycling industry is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent
