Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic periodontal team. This position is for two office locations, one in North Mesa and the other in Queen Creek. The Mesa location would be 1-2 days per week (Monday, every other Wednesday and possibly Fridays) and the Queen Creek location would be 1 day each week (Every other Wednesday and Thursday) The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing dental cleanings, scaling and root planing and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. This role requires a strong understanding of dental anatomy and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Duties
- Perform thorough periodontal maintenance cleanings and scaling procedures using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Conduct assessments of patients' oral health, including taking medical histories and vital signs.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documenting patient treatments and progress in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and procedures related to oral health care.
- Experience in a periodontal office setting preferred; familiarity with Dentrix and Dentrix Ascend is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
- Previous experience in periodontics is desirable but not required.
